On-site visit (if needed): For most projects and many estimates we’ll schedule a brief site visit to assess conditions, take measurements, and discuss options. Visits are typically scheduled within 3–7 business days, depending on demand and weather.
Written estimate: After the visit we’ll send a clear, itemized estimate and scope of work, usually within 3–5 business days. The estimate will include timing, materials, labor, and any permit requirements.
Scheduling and deposit: To secure your project date we may request a signed agreement and a deposit. We’ll confirm a start date and provide an expected project timeline.
Work and communication: During the project we’ll keep you updated on progress and any changes. Our crews aim for safe, timely, and professional work.
Completion and follow-up: Upon completion we’ll do a final walkthrough, address any punch-list items, and provide final invoicing and maintenance recommendations. We follow up to ensure you’re satisfied.
